Anonymous asked: Hi Justine I know you are trying to eat healthy by doing Keto, but I've noticed you've mentioned using coconut oil and it's actually not that good for you. Basically, coconut oil is a saturated fat (like the fat from animals) and it's not good for you. Try using your regular olive oil or corn oil (the one's that are liquid) because those are non-saturated. I learned this in my biology class a couple of days ago so I thought I should let you know. Tell Nick and Ken too if you ever read this.

This is one of the first articles I read about about the war on fat, and it was eye opening for me! It’s still one of my favorites. It’s my opinion that fat aint all that bad! :D
