Anonymous asked: I want to lose 54 pounds and I've been excersising some, not as much as I'd like but i plan to do more anyway my biggest trouble is with food. I have heard that you should read the nutrition label but I always get so confused. What shouldn't be so high and what can I get away with eating much of? I hope my question isn't to confusing.
