I've recently started eating Clif Bars to replace eating urges, they're not the most healthy, but better then things like pop tarts so I've heard. I need to lose weight, I do eat other things like yogurt, fruit, etc. I wanted to ask your opinion on these Bars if you've heard of them. Thanks
I’m not sure about clif bars specifically, but I think they had added sugars (high fructose corn syrup)I recommend lara bars, as most of them do not have added sugars, and I recommend eating plain yogurt! Ive “sweetened” plain yogurt with fruit or stevia, so it doesn’t have all the added sugars that are in flavored yogurt!
SUGAR is the real enemy, and it finds its way into most things you buy at the grocery store, sometimes as “high fructose corn syrup”!
